Stephen Huddleston practices in the areas of General Civil Law, Trial law, Appellate Practice, Banking Law, Corporate Law, Zoning Law, Real Estate Law, and Probate Law. He currently serves as the general counsel for Franklin College and the Johnson County Election Board.
Stephen is also an Adjunct Professor of Business and Business Law at Franklin College.
He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Indiana; the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana; United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana; United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
Stephen graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and has been named one of Indiana’s Super Lawyers consecutively since 2005 by Law and Politics and Indianapolis Monthly Magazine.
He holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
And, he resides in Franklin, Indiana with his wife.
